Spring Opportunities

Below are the mission projects we focus on in the winter.  To get involved, please contact Felicity Gordon or call the church office at 336-288-2710.

North American Missions Emphasis & the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering

  • In March we learn about, pray for, and give to North American Missions. The Week of Prayer for North American Missions is March 1-8. The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering is collected through Easter Sunday, April 5th.

Food/Supplies Roundup for Baptist Children’s Homes

  • In April we collect non-perishable food and canned goods, as well as cleaning supplies and paper goods for Baptist Children’s Homes.

Operation Inasmuch

  • This is a one-day, hands-on missions blitz to help meet needs in the community.  Opportunities are provided for men, women, boys and girls to minister in many ways to those needing help, encouragement and acts of kindness. Participants share God’s love with people as they work together to change lives.  Scheduled for April 25th.

Associational Missions Emphasis & Shubal Stearns Offering

  • In May we focus on our relationship with Piedmont Baptist Association, a network of churches caring for one another and partnering to obey the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. The Shubal Stearns Offering is collected to assist the Jail Ministry in their outreach to those incarcerated at Guilford County Jail and Piedmont International Fellowship.
